1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Image2Gen ("the Service"), available at gpt-image.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Image2Gen is an independent AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text prompts and related generation workflows using third-party AI model providers.
Image2Gen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any AI model provider. When model names are shown in the Service, they are used only to identify available generation options.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, erotic, fetish, or adult sexual content
- Generate sexualized images of minors or any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children
- Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
5. Generated Content
You retain rights to the images you generate through the Service, subject to the following conditions:
- Generated images are subject to our content policy
- Prompts may be screened by automated content moderation before generation, and requests may be blocked when they violate these Terms or our safety policies
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws
6. Third-Party AI Providers
To process generation requests, the Service may send prompts and related inputs to third-party AI service providers. Output quality, timing, availability, and supported options may vary by provider and model.
7. Free and Paid Usage
The Service offers limited free image generation. Additional usage may require the purchase of credits. Pricing and credit systems are subject to change with notice.
8. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem Customer Portal or by contacting support@gpt-image.run. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds and credit adjustments.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
