What are credits?
Credits are used to generate images in Image2Gen. Current text-to-image generations cost 1–3 credits depending on resolution (1K/2K/4K).
Do credits expire?
No! Credits you purchase never expire. Use them whenever you want.
Subscription vs Credits Pack?
Subscriptions give you credits every month at a lower per-credit rate. Credits Packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! Every registered user gets 1 free image generation per day, no credit card required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem Customer Portal or by contacting us at support@gpt-image.run. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
