Refund Policy

1. Overview

Image2Gen offers both one-time credit packs and recurring subscription plans. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for each.

2. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Credits purchased through one-time credit packs are non-refundable once used. If you have not used any credits from a pack and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will process a full refund.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Credits received for the current billing period may be adjusted according to the cancellation terms
  • Future billing-period credits will not be issued

4. How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem Customer Portal. Access the portal from your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Failed Generations

If an image generation fails due to a system error and no image is delivered, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@gpt-image.run with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@gpt-image.run before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
